SAVE THE DATE! The 2012 Benny Awards will be on Sunday, May 6th at 6:30 p.m. in the Krasa main dining room! All student-athletes are invited to join the athletic department in honoring the 2011-12 team and individual accomplishments!

Walk the red carpet, be interviewed, eat our fabulous pasta buffet and find out if you or your team will win a Benny! Nominees are being selected as we speak and will be announced next week. Stay tuned!

The categories this year are:
Newcomer of the Year
Fan of the Year
Female Athlete of the Year
Male Athlete of the Year
YouTube Play of the Year
Male Scholar Athlete
Female Scholar Athlete
Team of the Year

Along with these awards we will also recognize the team with the best cummulative GPA and present the winners of the FAR awards, which go to the top GPA in the sophomore, junior and senior classes. We also have a new award to be presented this year.... The Best Dressed Team at the Benny's. Four judges will be appointed and will decide which team will earn this distinguished award!

The award show begins at 6:30 p.m. in Krasa. Food and beverages will be provided. The award show is for student-athletes only. Attire is business casual so please no jeans!

All head coaches have been given the Save the Date cards so please pick yours up from your coaches!
