Jim Konrad was twice selected as the Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference (NIIC) Player of the Year on the soccer field.

Konrad also gathered a pair of All-Midwest Region selections along with two all-conference nods from the NIIC.

Konrad set the single season school record for points in 1991 and served as team captain in 1991 and 1992 while earning team MVP honors. Konrad was chose as the Male Athlete of the Year in 1992-93.
