One of the best men's basketball players of all time for Benedictine University, Frigo currently ranks second all-time in scoring with 1,764 points and fourth in all-time rebounding with 801. Frigo owns single season and career records for blocks, swatting 29 in the 1999-2000 season and amassing 122 for his career. He earned MVP of the Northern Illinois-Iowa Conference (NIIC) and was an All-Region choice in 2000. Frigo earned All-Conference honors three times in his four seasons
