2012: Placed third in the Distance Medley at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships...part of the teams that placed second in both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays at the NAC Outdoor Championships.
2011: Finished seventh in the 800m at the NAC Indoor Championships...finished third in the 4x400 relay at the NAC Outdoor Championships...NAC Scholar Athlete.
2010: Freshman of the Year award...Placed third at the NAC Indoor Championships in the 4x400 and fifth in the Distance Medley and the 800m...placed fourth in the 4x400 at the NAC Outdoor Championships and sixth in the 800m.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of Mount Pleasant Community (2009) in Iowa … Scot Lamm was his coach ... Two varsity seasons ... Iowa state qualifier and Drake relays qualifier senior year ... Was on the National Honor Society.
