Biography
2012: NAC Honorable Mention and Scholar Athlete...Part of the 4x400 relay team that placed second at both the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor and Outdoor Championships...second place in the 4x100 relay at the NAC Outdoor Championships.
2011: Named NAC Honorable Mention after being part of the 4x400 relay team that placed third at the NAC Indoor Championships and Outdoor Championships.
2010: Placed fifth in the Distance Medley at the NAC Indoor Championships...finished fourth in the 4x400 relay at the NAC Outdoor Championships and sixth in the 400m.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduate of St. Laurence (2009) … Terry Murphy was his coach … Three varsity seasons ... All-conference junior and senior years … Also played soccer and football … All-conference and team captain as a senior in soccer … Involved with student council and peer mediation … A National Honor Society member.
