LISLE, Ill. – The Benedictine University men's soccer team took a 1-0 lead in the 42^nd minute of their match against Lake Forest College but the Foresters scored two second half goals to defeat the Eagles 2-1 on Tuesday night at the Sports Complex.
 
Mostafa Abdelrahman scored his second goal of the season, unassisted in the 42^nd minute to put BenU up 1-0. The Eagles and Foresters each took eight shots in the first half and the Eagle's keeper, Manny Martinez, had three saves.
 
In the 64^th minute, LFC's Stephen Egan tied the game on a cross from Alexi Spiratos. Just four minutes later Lake Forest would score the game winner on a shot from Chris Thompson.
 
Benedictine is back in action on Saturday afternoon when they travel to MacMurray College for a 3:00 p.m. contest.
