Box Score LISLE, Ill. - The Benedictine University women's soccer team saw its four match unbeaten streak come to a close with a 3-0 loss at the hands of North Central on Tuesday.

The two teams battled to a scoreless draw in the first half as Benedictine played tight defense to overcome a 13-2 deficit in shots. North Central netted all three of its goals in the second half. The first marker came in the 64th minute. The visitors added additional tallies in the 80th and 87th minutes.

North Central (3-3-1) held a dominant 33-2 advantage in shots, holding a 20-0 edge in the second half. Candace Rogers stopped nine shots in goal for the Eagles.

Benedictine (3-3-1) is back in action on Wednesday night, returning to conference play by hosting Rockford at 7:00 p.m.
