LISLE, Ill. - The Benedictine University women's soccer team dropped a 4-1 decision to Webster University in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon.
Lauren Pratt scored two goals in the first 20 minutes to hand Webster a 2-0 advantage. The visitors extended the advantage early in the second half with two goals in the first 15 minutes of the second.
Tara Tarazoff scored the lone goal for Benedictine, finishing a feed from
Nikki Jhanji in the 80th minute.
Webster outshot Benedictine 13-4. The lone shot on goal for the Eagles found the back of the net. Abby Gary made three saves in goal.
Benedictine (2-4) will travel to Elmhurst on Tuesday night for another non-conference showdown at 7:00 p.m.
