NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Benedictine University women's soccer team picked up a 3-1 road non-conference win over North Central on Thursday night.

North Central needed less than a minute to take a 1-0 lead but Benedictine scored the final three tallies. Nikki Jhanji scored on a Tara Tarazoff feed to even the game in the sixth minute. Jhanji struck again unassisted less than 10 minutes later to put Benedictine ahead. Tarazoff scored the final goal in the 86th minute to complete the win, putting home a feed from Jhanji.

Benedictine (2-1) picked up the win despite being outshot 16-7. The Eagles posted just three shots in the first half and scored on two attempts. Abby Gary stopped seven shots in net.
