FROM THE COACH
"Congratulations to Dominican on the victory and their advancing into the semifinals," head coach Rich Nassif said. "We knew it would be difficult going to on the road and beating them twice in four days. I really liked how we came out in the second half and took the game to them. Gio's goal is one of the best you will see all year and Francisco stepped up in a big moment. If anything, it was our fault for not getting a third goal when we had the lead and the momentum. That came back to bite us with less than two minutes remaining in the second half and they were first to make the play that would win it in overtime. I have to thank our seniors – Jonny Lehman, Zorohn, and Ahmed Rizvi – for everything they gave to this program. Their growth on an individual basis has been incredible and they leave this program in a far better place than when they arrived, something they should be very proud of. We will miss them on the field but they will always remain a part of our soccer family."

STAT LEADERS
•
Dominican held a 12-6 advantage in shots
• Five individuals notched shots with Ovalle picking up two
• Nearly all of the shots on goal scored as Zorohn Reed posted the lone save from either side
