PLYMOUTH, WI - The Benedictine University men's soccer team cruised to a road conference victory at Lakeland University on Saturday night.

• Nick Kapetanos opened the scoring in the third minute, punching home a corner kick from
Yair Ortega
• Kapetanos set up
Paul Buch for the second goal in the sixth minute and then made the score 3-0 in the eighth minute with the help of
Erik Stammer
• Benedictine scored nine goals in the first half on 19 shots, putting 12 on goal
• Three more goals scored in the second half to account for the final as Benedictine led 12-0 just 66 minutes into the contest
• Six different individuals scored as Benedictine finished with 34 shots including 20 on goal
• Shawn Chervets started in goal with
Leo Rodriguez playing the second half
• Kapetanos scored three times and added three assists
• Stammer also scored three goals and tacked on an assist
• Antonio Estanislao and Buch each netted two goals
• Buch led the team with seven shots

Benedictine (8-5, 3-2 NACC) hosts Rockford on Wednesday night.
