LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's soccer team was shutout by visiting Aurora University in a key conference matchup on Tuesday night.

THE DETAILS
• Aurora dictated the pace early
• Cassidy Henson made back-to-back saves in the 31st and 32nd minutes
• Aurora also hit a post in the first 30 minutes
• The only goal of the first half came in the 37th minute
• Both teams had goals waved off
• Aurora added an insurance goal in the 70th minute on a failed clearance
• Abbie Graham missed a penalty kick attempt and also had a shot saved moments later as Benedictine amped up the attack in the final 10 minutes
• Graham was stopped again in the final minute
• Aurora held a 10-8 edge in shots but Benedictine held a 6-3 margin in the final 45 minutes
• Henson finished with four saves in the defeat
