LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's soccer team ran their unbeaten streak to four with a non-conference win over Trine on Sunday in the final game before the conference slate begins.

THE DETAILS
• Trine was the aggressor in the early parts of the contest before Benedictine settled down halfway through the first
• Chris Reynoso opened the scoring late in the first half by finding the back of the net in the 42nd minute, driving home a feed from Tony Mavrogiannis
• Hayden Van Son converted on a penalty kick in the 67th minute to extend the lead to 2-0
• Trine scored in the 75th minute on the deflection of a free kick to pull within a goal but could get no closer
