LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's soccer team dropped a third one-goal decision this year at home to Augustana in a non-conference clash.

THE DETAILS
• The visitors created a flurry of opportunities in the first 10 minutes of the match but Benedictine held strong on defense
• Eve Meintz fired a shot late in the half but was denied
• Alexa Lara notched the first attempt of the second half but Augustana converted in the 59th minute to open a 1-0 lead
• The teams traded chances until Augustana was able to push the lead to 2-0 in the 86th minute
• Benedictine broke through in the final minute of the contest when Taylor Healy converted on a penalty kick to slice the deficit
