Kiara McPherson ensured a draw by finding the back of the net in the 87th minute. McPherson posted a goal and an assist.
Olivia McPherson notched two assists.
Kaya Dreger scored the other goal. Benedictine put 10 shots on target.
Katherine Prochnow stopped seven shots in goal.
Benedictine (3-6-2, 3-3 NACC) plays at Rockford on Wednesday in a return to conference play.
