Women's Soccer Edged by St. Norbert

The Benedictine University women's soccer team dropped a 2-1 decision at the hands of visiting St. Norbert on Saturday night.

The visitors scored just over a minute into the contest and held a 1-0 lead through the first half before adding a second marker 10 minutes into the second. Olivia McPherson set up Kiara McPherson with the lone Benedictine goal with just under five minutes remaining. St. Norbert held a 20-11 edge in shots. Katherine Prochnow seven saves in net.

Benedictine (1-4-1, 1-1 NACC) visits Dominican on Wednesday.
