Men's Soccer Scores Key Road Shutout

The Benedictine University men's soccer team scored in the final 10 minutes to tab a 1-0 shutout over Illinois Tech on the road in conference play on Wednesday night.

Kamil Bak scored the only goal of the matchup in the 85th minute, breaking up a scoreless contest in what was an even affair. Benedictine finished with 13 shots, four on goal, in their fifth shutout of the year. Bak posted four shots in the win. Raul Jasso recorded the blank sheet, stopping three shots in net.

Benedictine (6-7-2, 4-5-1) hosts MSOE on Saturday afternoon.
