The Benedictine University women's soccer team took the lead on an early goal but suffered a 3-1 loss at St. Norbert on Saturday afternoon.
It took less than three minutes for Benedictine to strike first. Kailyn Knudsson netted her second of the year to put Benedictine ahead. St. Norbert tied the game in the 14th minute and scored twice in the early portions of the second to take the win.
Katherine Prochnow made eight saves in goal.
Benedictine (0-7-1, 0-2 NACC) hosts Dominican on Wednesday night.
