2016: Set a personal best (16.17) in the 110m hurdles and placed 8th at the NACC Outdoor Championships • Recorded a personal best (57.65) in the 400m hurdles amd finished 6th at the NACC Outdoor Championships 

2014-15: Placed 9th in the 55m hurdles and 3rd in the 4x400m relay at the Indoor NACC Championships • Placed 3rd in both the 400m hurdles and 4x100m relay at the Outdoor championships
