Mark Tun '18 joined the Benedictine men's soccer coaching staff after a successful four year playing career that saw the Eagles compile their two highest single season win totals in program history and a NCAA Tournament Round of Sixteen appearance in 2016. While he assists in all facets of the program, he primarily serves as the programs head recruiting coordinator. Tun was named as the interim head coach of the men's soccer program in the summer of 2021 while the program underwent a search for a new head coach.

Tun's soccer background also includes youth club playing experiences with Sockers FC Chicago. In 2012, he was instrumental in Saint Viator High School's third place finish in the Illinois High School Association state tournament.
