All-area honorable mention as a  sophomore ... Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Academic Team as a senior ... All-NSC Academic as a junior and senior ... Also lettered in football as a senior ... Earned special teams “MVP,” NSC All-Academic and IHSA Academic Team honors on the gridiron ... Wendy’s High School Heisman and National Honor Society ...
