2018 OUTDOOR: Placed 1st in the 1500m (4:01.54) and 5000m (16:04.80) at the NACC Outdoor Championships. •Track athlete of the meet
2017-18 INDOOR: Helped BenU to a NACC Indoor Championship on February 25 in Kenosha, WI placing 1st in the 5000m (15:54.54) and 2nd in the 3000m (9:13.53).
2017 OUTDOOR: Helped the Eagles win the NACC Outdoor title with a 2nd place 5000m run finish (15:52.91) • Also finished 3rd in the 1500m run (4:03.07) • Came in 3rd in the 1500m run on April 15 at the BenU Relays (3:58.04) • Earned a 1st place finish at the BenU NCAA Challenge on April 8 in the 5000m run (15:38.04) • Placed 4th in the 3000m run to open up the outdoor season at University of Chicago on April 1 (8:58.64)
2016-17 INDOOR: Helped BenU to a NACC Indoor Championship on February 25 in Kenosha, WI • Placed 1st in the 1mile run and and 2nd in the 3000m run • Helped the Eagles win the NCC Classic on February 17 with a 1st place finish in the 800m run (1:57.58) • Broke the 3000m run school record (8:48.34) on February 4 at the ONU Invite • Placed second in the 5000m run (15:47.85) at the NAIA/NCAA Challenge on January 21• Placed first in the one mile run (4:25.30) at the Indiana Tech Open on December 10
2015-16: First Team All-NACC in the mile (Indoor) • Honorable Mention All-NACC in the 1,500m (Outdoor) • Set a personal record (8:51.68) in the 3,000m at the Lewis Twilight and finished 5th • Placed 1st in the mile run at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships • Also a member of the men's cross country team
