Tod Osborne joined the Benedictine staff for the 2009 season and brought with him a strong background on the local softball scene. Osborne’s reputation as a both a teacher and tactician of the game is a benefit to the Eagles’ softball program.
Most recently, Osborne has been involved with the Lemont Rockers 18-and-older fastpitch travel team for more than 10 years, overseeing operations on his own from 2001 until the present time. Osborne is also involved with numerous other youth athletics leagues and events throughout the city of Lemont and surrounding areas, ranging in sports from baseball to soccer.
Osborne is known as a specialist in the art of hitting. However, when he’s not helping players construct a good softball swing, Osborne is the owner/president of T.J.O. Development where he is a custom home builder and remodeler. He has spent more than 30 years as a real estate builder.
Osborne and his wife, Linda, reside in Lemont. The couple has three adult children: Chad, Sean and Lauren.
