2012-13:Â Set a personal best mark in the 1500m with a 6:03.13 time at the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships...part of the 4x400m relay team that placed third at the NAC Indoor Championships
2011-12: Part of the relay teams that placed third in the distance medley and fourth in the 4x400 at the Northern Athletics Conference Indoor Championships...placed 12th in the 400m and was on the relay team that placed fourth in the 4x400 at the NAC Outdoor Championships
