2016: Placed 5th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NACC Outdoor Championships • Recorded a personal record (20:29.55) in the 5,000m at the the Chicagoland Outdoor Championships • Finished 5th in the distance medley relay and 12th in the mile at the NACC Indoor Championships
2014-15: Placed 8th in the 1 mile run (5:46.20) at the Indoor NACC Championship • Placed in the top 15 in the 3000m run • Came in 4th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Outdoor NACC Championship • Placed in the top 12 in the 1500m run • Also a member of the cross country team
2013-14: Recorded a 12:14.52 on the 3000m at the 2014 NACC Indoor Track and Field Championship • Recorded a 20:55.71 on the 5000m at the Washington University Invite • Recorded a 12:45.70 on the 3000m steeplechase at the 2014 NACC Outdoor Championship
2012-13: Part of the Distance Medley that placed fourth at the NACC Outdoor Championships • Set a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase at the UW-Parkside Classic with a time of 12:06.30
