LISLE, Ill. – The Benedictine University men's and women's basketball teams continue Northern Athletics Conference action this Saturday when they take on Edgewood College in the battle of the Eagles. Both games will be broadcast live on the internet by visiting

The women enter the game 3-3 overall and 1-1 in NAC action after defeating Milwaukee School of Engineering but falling to Concordia University-Wisconsin last weekend on the road. The Eagles are led by junior Tracey Walsh who is averaging 13.9 points per game.
Edgewood College is currently 3-0 in conference play, standing atop the North Division. The Eagles are led by Shae Beckwith who is averaging 11.3 points per game.
On the men's side, Benedictine looks climb out of their three-game losing streak after dropping their last three games, two of which were conference games. The Eagles have lost to MSOE and Concordia-Wisconsin so far in conference play.
Two players are averaging double-figures in scoring for BenU,
Nate Green and
Cameron Snelling. Green is averaging 14.0 points per outing and leads the team with 33 assists. Snelling is averaging 13.3 points and a team high 6.2 rebounds per game and also has a team high 14 steals.
The Edgewood men are also undefeated in conference play with a 3-0 record and are currently in second in the North Division, behind Concordia-Wisconsin. Four players are averaging double-figures in scoring for the Eagles and are led by Ben Wisniewski who is averaging 15.4 points per game.
