MILWAUKEE, Wis. - The Benedictine University volleyball team won their fifth straight match after sweeping Milwaukee School of Engineering on Tuesday night in Northern Athletics Conference action.
The Eagles (12-9, 5-1 NAC) maintained their second place standing in the NAC with the 3-0 win over MSOE (25-18, 25-15, 25-17).
Kaitlin Walsh led the way for the Eagles with 14 kills while
Kara Zuro and
Meagan Kmieciak each had 11 digs.
Haley Fitzgerald led the team with 14 digs and Abby Sattler tallied 36 assists.
As a team, BenU totaled 46 kills compared to MSOE's 20 kills.
Julie Windish led MSOE with eight kills.
The Eagles are back in action on Friday night when they travel to Aurora to host Edgewood College at 6:00 p.m. The athletic department will be providing a fan bus which leaves Krasa at 4:45 p.m. To secure a seat please email Jessica Steadman at
