NORTH PARK
North Park University began the 2011 season with an impressive 34-9 win over BenU rival, Aurora University, last Saturday. The Vikings scored the most points since their 70-7 win over MacMurray College last Sept. 18.
The Vikings are led by quarterback Tyler Krebs who rushed for three touchdowns and threw for one against AU. Krebs had 203 rushing yards on 24 carries. On defense, Casey Smagala had seven solo tackles.
WHITEOUT and TAILGATE
The Benedictine University Eagle Club and Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) will be holding a tailgating event beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Neuzil Hall parking lot. Come for food, bags and beverages! Wear white to help support the Eagles!

Gates open at 6:00 p.m. and all tickets are $5.
