Box Score CHICAGO, Ill. - The Benedictine University volleyball team dropped just their second game of the season, losing in four sets to No. 14 University of Chicago on Wednesday night.
After losing the first set 25-20, the Eagles (16-2) battled back to tie the match with a 25-22 win in the second set. Chicago would win the third set and it came down to the wire in the fourth as BenU fell 26-24.
Abby Sattler had 21 digs and 37 assists while
Molly Kovacich had 18 digs and nine kills.
Candice Cuppini led the offense with 20 kills.
The volleyball team is back in action on Friday, September 28 when they host Marian University at 7:00 p.m. in the Rice Center.
