The Benedictine University volleyball team completed the regular season Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference schedule with a 3-0 win over Rockford University on Saturday afternoon.

Fourteen Eagles (15-12, 9-2 NACC) saw playing time in the win over RC (3-21, 1-10 NACC). Leading the offense was Molly Kovacich and Candice Cuppini each with eight kills while Nicole Adams tallied seven. Abby Sattler and Jacki Kaluzny each had three kills with Kara Epping and Brooke Bowman recording two kills. Defensively, Haley Fitzgerald led BenU with 13 digs and Kovacich had ten. Breanna Hamerlinck recorded nine digs and Caitlyn Martin had four.

As a team, BenU had 34 kills, 53 digs and eight team blocks.

The Eagles host the annual Eagle Classic starting on Friday, November 1 when they take on Elmhurst College at 4:00 pm and DePauw University at 8:00 pm. On Saturday, Benedictine opens up with a 12:00 pm contest against Lawrence University and then play Carthage College at 4:00 pm
