LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's soccer team put together one of the best offensive performances of the season in a 5-1 victory over Lakeland University on Saturday night.

• Pokorny scored again early in the second half to push the lead to 3-0
• A 2-on-1 situation led to a goal moments later, pushing the lead to 4-0
• Sabie Ramirez scored the final goal in the 83rd minute
FROM THE COACH
"We are happy with the result, but I think we could have put this one away a bit sooner," said head coach
Mike Boland. "We squandered some chances throughout, and allowed an inexcusable goal on a set piece. Every NACC game is important, so the three points are great. We will get after it on Monday and Tuesday to prepare for a very good Concordia-Wisconsin team."
