MILWAUKEE, WI - Nick Kapetanos scored the 50th goal of his career in the 74th minute to lift the Benedictine University men's soccer team, ranked sixth in the region, to a fifth consecutive win.

• After posting four shots early it took until the 25th minute to open the scoring
• Erik Stammer notched his sixth goal of the year on a cross from Kapetanos that worked through the keeper's legs from six yards out
• The goal marked the only strike of the opening 45 minutes
• Wisconsin Lutheran evened the game on a header following a free kick early in the second
• The contest remained even until Kapetanos scored the game-winner
• Aldreiron Smith provided the helper on a cross from the right side
• Kapetanos has scored the game-winner in every victory this season
• The team is unbeaten over the last eight contests having not dropped a match since September 10

"I couldn't have been any more impressed with the way both teams battled in a thrilling game from whistle-to-whistle," head coach
Attila Schmidt said. "We faced tremendous adversity at the start of the second half, but I thought our group did well to stay the course and ride the waves in a hostile environment until we found a way to win."
