Women's Lacrosse Ousted in MWLC Tourney

LISLE, Ill. - The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team saw a record setting season end with a loss to top-seeded Concordia Wisconsin in the Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference Tournament.

THE DETAILS
• Concordia Wisconsin scored a pair of goal in the first two minutes of the game and did not look back
• The regular season champions held a 7-0 advantage with 9:37 remaining in the first half
• Samantha Link scored an unassisted goal with 5:57 left in the first to notch the opening tally for Benedictine
• Becca Gullett scored with just over three minutes left to complete the scoring for Benedictine
