MENOMONIE, WI - The Benedictine University women's soccer team capped a weekend trip up north by droppnig a 4-0 decision to UW-Stout on Saturday.

THE DETAILS
• Benedictine created plenty of chances in the contest but UW-Stout opened the scoring on the first venture up the field
• Megan Anderson countered with an opportunity early in the seventh minute but was denied
• Time and time again the netminders came up big in the opening 45 minutes
• An early opportunity from Benedictine in the second half missed high before UW-Stout took control of the contest, scoring three times in a 15-minute span
• Benedictine peppered the net in the final six minutes but could not score as shots on target from three different individuals were stopped while two more missed wide
