FROM THE COACH
"It was good to see some things we worked on in training come out tonight, as we strung together some very nice attacking sequences," said head coach
Mike Boland. "On the other side, we weren't very good defensively with the goals conceded. We have been stout defensively in past matches, so once we put together those clean sheets with the attacking prowess we showed tonight, it will be a dangerous mix."
STAT LEADERS
• Benedictine held a 14-7 advantage in shots with nine coming in the second half
• Pokorny finished with five shots including three on goal, notching a goal and an assist
• Cassidy Henson stopped a pair of shots in goal
