Box Score PALOS HEIGHTS, IL - The Benedictine University men's soccer team suffered their first defeat of the season, dropping a 2-1 contest in overtime at Trinity Christian, a non-Division III opponent.

Attila Schmidt said. "This was a great test for our group of young men. I believe that having this opportunity to compete early in the regular season with an NAIA opponent will only help us grow as a team and feel more prepared as we face a very challenging stretch in our schedule over the coming weeks."
