Men's Lacrosse Sets Single Game Scoring Record

LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's lacrosse team set a program record for single game goals in a conference home victory over Concordia Chicago.

Every available player saw the field in the contest
• The win marked the second in a row
• Benedictine set the tone from the beginning, scoring the first three goals of the contest
• David Blanco, Randy Patrick and Corbin Gett all found the back of the net in the opening five minutes of play
• Following a goal from Concordia Chicago, Benedictine responded with 14 consecutive goals
• Mike Cislak opened the run with his first of the year on a feed from Blanco with 9:48 left in the first
• Benedictine held a 9-1 lead after the first and a 13-1 advantage at halftime
• Benedictine scored the first four goals of the third quarter and tallied 15 goals in the second half
