• Wisconsin Lutheran scored the final five points of the first quarter to take a 13-7 lead after a close opening 10 minutes
• Allison Michalski scored the first three points of the second quarter and a layup from
Andrea Fuoss brought Benedictine within 13-12 at the 5:48 marker of the second
• Benedictine scored the final four points of the half, tying the game on a pair of free throws from
Elisa Diorio in the final minute
• Alena Moro opened the second half with consecutive baskets to enable Benedictine to take a 24-20 advantage
• Venita Parsons knocked down a jumper to stretch the lead to 30-25 with 4:36 left in the third
• The hosts countered by turning on the jets, using a 17-4 run to grab a 42-34 lead
• The lead grew to double figures less than two minutes into the fourth quarter and swelled to 14 in the final two minutes
• Benedictine closed within seven points in the final minute but could get no closer
• Benedictine shot 36.2 percent in the game while Wisconsin Lutheran used a 52 percent clip in the second half to finish at 42.9 percent
• Benedictine received 22 points from the bench and finished +5 on the glass
