LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's soccer team scored a season high eight goals to jump over the .500 mark in conference play with a home victory over Alverno.

• Benedictine scored twice in the first five minutes to set the tone in the contest
• Katie Farb scored the first goal in the third minute, finishing a 2-on-1 after a feed from
Jocelyn Ferrer
• Just over two minutes later
Sabie Ramirez sent a blast into the net from the top of the box after a pass from
Katie Farb
• Farb added another goal in the first half along with two from
Abbie Graham
• Stephanie Nichols also struck as Benedictine held a 6-1 lead at the break
• The second half allowed more players to see the field and players to work at different positions and situations
• Nichols and Graham scored early in the second half to extend the lead
• Benedictine held a 40-3 edge in shots
• Graham scored three times and added an assist
• Nichols posted two goals with two assists while Farb tacked on two and a helper
• All three goalies saw time in the contest
