The Benedictine University women's basketball team opens play in the NACC Tournament at home tonight with a first round game against sixth-seeded Aurora at 7:00 p.m. The game program with all the details on the contest is now available. Benedictine ended the season with back-to-back wins to earn the third seed and a home game in the tournament. Aurora won six of seven to close the year and returns to the tournament following a one-year hiatus. The teams met only once in the season with Benedictine claiming a 72-61 win on December 2, very early in the campaign. The winner this evening advances to the semifinals at Wisconsin Lutheran on Saturday afternoon where either Wisconsin Lutheran or Concordia Wisconsin waits.
