LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team held an early lead but could not sustain the momentum in dropping a conference contest with Concordia Wisconsin despite a record performance.

• Victoria House opened the scoring with an unassisted tally at the 27:50 mark and added a second on a feed from
Ries McCue with 24:41 remaining
• Concordia Wisconsin, one of the top teams in the conference, netted the next five goals in less than four minutes
• Lexie Orr broke up the run thanks to
Madison Horan with 20:25 to go in the first, drawing Benedictine within 5-3
• The visitors scored the next eight goals and led 14-4 at halftime and maintaining the edge in the second to grab the road victory
• Benedictine has dropped seven in a row and has never beaten Concordia Wisconsin
• House scored three times while Orr added two for Benedictine, who tallied 15 shots
• Emma Redfern set a single game record by notching 21 saves in goal
• Sam Tikalsky made an appearance in goal for the first time, stopping four shots in the final 10 minutes
• McCue and Horan each picked up four groundballs

Benedictine (2-9, 1-5 MWLC) is scheduled to make up a conference clash at Wartburg on Sunday afternoon.
