MEQUON, WI - The Benedictine University baseball team saw the season come to an end with a second loss in the conference tournament.

• Cool and wet conditions favored the pitchers
• Playing as the home team, Benedictine scored the game's first run in the bottom of the fifth
• Kyle Mitter drew a one-out walk and scored from first when Jack Feeley tripled to center
• A triple in the seventh allowed Concordia Wisconsin to tie the game against Benedictine starter Frank Greco
• Concordia Wisconsin tacked on two more runs in the inning to account for the difference
• Benedictine brought the tying run to the plate in the eighth but could not score
• The game was moved from Friday due to weather and shifted to the second game of the day
• Benedictine closed the season with a 23-18 record with seven losses by four or less runs
