MILWAUKEE, WI - The Benedictine University men's soccer team got back on track with a shutout of MSOE on the road Saturday afternoon in a key conference clash.

THE DETAILS
• Benedictine scored a goal very early when
Lukasz Sulka converted on a penalty kick in the sixth minute for his team leading ninth goal of the season
• The tally was the only one of the opening 45 minutes of play
• Martin Jimenez-Estrada kept the game at 1-0 with several saves, including early in the second half
• Jimenez-Estrada made another save in the final five minutes to preserve the shutout as the defense held strong
• Aldreiron Smith took advantage when MSOE pressed late, breaking away to knock in an insurance tally in the final minute
• Benedictine was outshot in each half and for the contest 15-10
• Jimenez-Estrada recorded seven saves in net
