LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University men's soccer team will be seeded third in the upcoming Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Tournament after tallying a shutout of Rockford on Senior Night.

THE DETAILS
• Benedictine set the tone early, scoring just over four minutes into the matchup
• Lukasz Sulka broke away past the backline of the Rockford defense and sent a cross to
Willy Campos, who scored the first goal
• Shawn Chervets blasted a punt to an open Sulka who broke away again in the 35th minute
• The second half began in rapid fashion as well with Campos setting up the sprinting
Aldreiron Smith who took the angle for the third goal in the 47th minute
• The final goal of the day was scored just over two minutes later when Smith returned the favor to
Hayden Van Son
• Benedictine held a 15-13 advantage in shots with nine on goal
• Shawn Chervets played the entire game in net and tallied six saves
• Seven seniors were honored at the half as Chervets,
