LISLE, IL - The Benedictine University women's soccer team played a solid defensive match in battling one of the top programs in the conference to a scoreless draw on Tuesday night.

• The first half was fairly even with Illinois Tech holding a 7-4 edge in shots
• In the second 45, Illinois Tech increased the pace, logging 15 shots but failing to put a ball in the net against the Benedictine defense
• Benedictine turned the tempo in the final five minutes but was unable to break through
