MILWAUKEE, WI - The Benedictine University men's basketball team opened the final week of the season with a road loss at Wisconsin Lutheran.

• A three-point play from Michael Johnson capped a 5-0 spurt that saw Benedictine tie the game at 10-10 with 14:43 left in the first half
• Kenny Bogus made a three-pointer halfway through the first to put Benedictine ahead 17-14
• Benedictine led by five points at 25-20 following consecutive three-pointers from Kyle Graebner
• Wisconsin Lutheran countered with a 9-0 run and led 31-27 at halftime
• Bryan Jakobsze converted on a layup early in the second half as part of a 6-0 surge to put Benedictine ahead at 36-35
• The hosts scored seven straight to surge ahead and did not trail the rest of the game
• Jakobsze twice brought Benedictine within a point, but Wisconsin Lutheran used a run of 7-0 the last time to move ahead by eight and led by as many as nine
• Bogus brought Benedictine within a single point with a free throw in the final 30 seconds, but Wisconsin Lutheran made a four free throws to account for the final
