Men's Volleyball Beats Lakeland

Benedictine University men's volleyball moved to 15-2 overall and 8-1 in Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference action with a 3-1 win over Lakeland University on Saturday night.

THE DETAILS
• The entire match saw 21 ties and six lead changes
• In set one, both teams tallied 12 kills but the Eagles hit .346 for the win
• It was all Lakeland in set two as they tallied 11 kills and a .500 attack percentage
• Benedictine rallied back in set three to collect three blocks and four kills from Elijah Medlock
• The Eagles held the Muskies to a .098 attack percentage in set four to secure their victory
• As a team, the Eagles had 40 kills, 50 digs and eight blocks while Lakeland had 47 kills, 45 digs and five blocks
