MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Benedictine University women's lacrosse team tallied 10 goals in a morning affair, capping a two-game visit to Minnesota.

• Kaylee Garcia answered an early Augsburg goal to tie the contest at 1-1 with 28:52 left in the first half
• The hosts tallied the next two goals before
Madison Horan drew Benedictine within 3-2
• Trailing 4-2, Sam Tikalsky and Horan notched back-to-back goals to tie the game at 4-4 with 21:24 remaining in the first
• Augsburg scored the next four to begin to build a lead
• Ries McCue and
Emma Redfern scored consecutive goals late in the first half as Benedictine pulled within 9-7 but trailed 10-7 at the half
• Augsburg continued to score in the second half, notching the final five goals of the game to bring the game to a conclusion
