Women's Volleyball Finishes California Stint

LA VERNE, CA - The Benedictine University women's volleyball team concluded play at the Pacific Coast Classic with another split

THE DETAILS
•
Occidental was able to close out a close first set that featured several runs with six of the last seven points
• Molly Stock used a kill to open a stretch of four consecutive points that allowed Benedictine to take the lead for good early in the second
• Brooke Huizenga punctuated a win in the second set with a kill
• Trailing 5-4 in the third, Stock banged home the first of four straight points to turn the lead
• Benedictine scored six in a row late to pull away
• The final set saw Benedictine regularly put together multiple points at a time
