MEQUON, WI - The Benedictine University men's basketball team suffered a loss in overtiem at Concordia Wisconsin in the regular season finale.

• Benedictine fell behind 4-0 early but went on to lead by seven in the closely contested half
• With the game even at 18-18,
Kenny Bogus, who had a career game, hit a three to open a 7-0 run capped by a
Nick Kosich jumper to make the score 25-18 with 7:51 left in the half
• Cade Elingson put Benedictine ahead by seven again with 4:28 to play in the half but Concordia Wisconsin came all the way back to within one at the half, 32-31
• Benedictine scored the first five points of the second half, but the hosts came back to take the lead 44-43 on a dunk with 14:17 to play
• Bogus opened a 10-0 run completed on a three from Kosich as Benedictine opened an eight-point lead halfway through the second
• Benedictine continued to counter every run and led by eight on many occasions in the second half including 66-58 with just 4:28 remaining
• Benedictine led by five with under two minutes to play but missed two shots to further the lead and the hosts tied the game with just over a minute to go and missed two layups in the closing seconds as the game headed to overtime
• Keegan Graebner hit a three-pointer to open overtime and Benedictine led by three with 1:49 left on a layup from Bogus but managed just one point the rest of the way
• Concordia Wisconsin, who will be the three seed in the tournament, ended the game on a 9-0 run, five of which came on free throws and the last of which came on a dunk to end the game

• Eric Grygo scored 11 and added 10 rebounds
• Kosich finished with 11 while
Kyle Graebner notched 10
• Benedictine shot 46.3 percent in the contest but Concordia Wisconsin held a 40-29 edge on the glass

Benedictine (20-5, 16-4 NACC) will host the conference tournament semifinal on Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. and will be the top seed in the tournament.
